| | Vancouver, BC, December 29, 2009 - Eureka Resources, Inc. (the "Company") announces that it has appointed Sheryl A. Jones as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately. Ms Jones has approximately fifteen years of accounting experience working primarily for TSX-V listed companies. She has attended Simon Fraser University and Langara College through the Society of Management Accountants of BC.
